Monthly members pay $200/month for unlimited access to all Wednesday sessions - you're part of the core circle and can come every week. Drop-ins pay $60 per session and can attend whenever it works for your schedule. Both are welcome.

It's a facilitated men's support group, not group therapy. I'm a provisionally licensed therapist, but this isn't clinical treatment. It's a space for men to work through real-life challenges, build connection, and grow together. If you're in crisis or need intensive support, individual therapy is a better fit.

I'll give advance notice if I need to take a week off (typically 2-3 times per year max). Your monthly membership stays active - it averages out over the year.

We gather at 6pm, open with a brief check-in, then dive into whatever's real for the men that week. I facilitate to ensure everyone gets space and we stay on track, but there's no set agenda. We close at 7:30pm. Some weeks we'll mix it up with outdoor sessions or guest speakers.
